DEI-Informed Sourcing & Talent Attraction

The ReadySet DEI-Informed Sourcing & Talent Attraction workshop provides an examination of inclusive talent attraction strategies to expand candidate outreach and a discussion of your organization’s particular biases, gaps, and strong points.

Participants will learn new sourcing and networking methods, how to write more inclusive employer branding, how to widen the net when it comes to connecting with underrepresented candidates, and strategies for more inclusive job descriptions.
