Managing Remote & Distributed Teams
Remote work has distinct advantages and disadvantages—and a manager has a significant impact on how well their team collaborates and works. This workshop provides opportunities for managers to avoid common pitfalls in managing remote teams, and to leverage the benefits of remote work to ensure that team members feel connected to the broader organization. Through a combination of small group and large group activities, this training offers the opportunity to share and learn best practices for novice and experienced managers alike.
